Silk Songs
Little known 1970's philly group Anglo Saxon Brown later became Silk for one album entitled 'Midnight Dancer' (1977). The only charting single from that album was Party (Pt. 1) which peaked at #81 in the R&B charts and #107 in the US Billboard Hot 100 charts in 1977. Other than the one 1977 charting single from the aforementioned group, the discography below is for the American R&B group called Silk, formed in 1989 in Atlanta, Georgia. They are best known for their 1993 hit single, "Freak Me", which reached number-one on the US Billboard Hot 100.
